Vegan Pancakes (milk-free pancakes)


Veganism is the newest way for many people, and this has changed many people’s lives indeed. While that is true, there are many recipes that one has to give up or ignore as they are not entirely vegan. Pancakes are one such dish that everyone loves, and a vegan pancake would mean that it is available for everyone. 

Here is a simple recipe that will show you how you can eat your pancakes, but they are entirely vegan!

You will require –

>Whole wheat flour

>Baking Powder


>Almond Milk or (dairy-free milk of your choice)

>Olive Oil

>Maple Syrup (or sugar)

>Vanilla Extract

>Oil for greasing


Method –

Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Now add the dry mixture in the wet ingredients bowl little by little to not form lumps. You can also add choco chips or blueberries to the mix if you like. Now add the mix to a heated pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form. Serve the pancakes with some maple syrup and butter.
