The 63rd Grammy Awards happened recently, and it was a star-studded event. It was a hybrid in-person and online event that happened in Los Angeles. This year’s award gives us many new things to remember.
The show was presented by Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The album of the year award was one by Taylor Swift for her surprise album Folklore that came out in 2020. It surprised many of her fans. She was overwhelmed to receive the award, and she thanked her fans while accepting the award. There were many other well-deserving nominees as well, including Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Post-Malone, among others.
The record of the year award went to Billie Eilish for Everything I Wanted. There were other nominees as well, including Beyoncé for Black parade, Doja Cat for Say So, Dua Lipa for Don’t Start Now, Meghan Thee Stallion featuring Beyoncé for Savage (remix).
The song of the year award went to her for I can’t breathe. She defeated others from the nominees, including Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, dua lipa, among others.
Megan Thee Stallion won the best new artist award, and she rightfully deserved so. Harry Styles, Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga were some of the other winners of the night.
