According to the YouGov survey results, most people believe they gained weight during the lockdown, and more than half want to lose weight.
Because the public limited their outings during the blockade, it reduces the amount of activity for everyone. People are couch potatoes at home, it is difficult to control eating, and there is a lack of exercise and physical activity, so most people gain weight.

Determine your BMI
Obesity harms health. It may cause physical decline as well as related diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Obesity is often unnoticed, and the general public should check their weight regularly.
Weigh yourself regularly and then compute your Body Mass Index (BMI) to see if your weight is normal. BMI is calculated by dividing your weight (in kilograms) by your height (in meters), or BMI = Kg/M2.
Less than 18.5 = Underweight;
18.5-24.9 = Healthy Weight;
25-29.9 = Overweight
Obesity is defined as being over the age of 30.
Make a Healthy Life
During the lockdown, it is recommended that the public exercise at home using treadmills and fitness equipment. You can also learn to dance by watching videos on the Internet. You can also move your body by using simple equipment such as a skipping rope and a hula hoop.
Take charge of your diet!
To meet the body’s nutritional needs, consume various foods that include grains, protein, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and nuts. You can get calcium from dairy products by drinking a cup of 240ml of milk every day.
The critical points for weight loss are reducing food intake and increasing exercise. Although it may be painful at first, you will grow accustomed to living a healthy lifestyle in time. Maintaining your weight and making your body healthier requires perseverance.
