Start the day with soaked almonds and raisins.

Rujuta recommends starting the day with soaked almonds and raisins. It is recommended that you soak and eat nuts so that they are easier to chew and digest. Soaking almonds also aids in the release of lipase, an enzyme that helps your body digest fats.

Ragi is a calcium powerhouse that is also high in fiber. A weak digestive system will benefit from eating ragi dosa for breakfast, and the polyphenol content of ragi is known to lower glycemic response in diabetic patients. Porridge is high in calcium and phosphorus, both of which aid in bone health. It is also high in iron, which aids in metabolism and nourishes red blood cells.

After-lunch jaggery and ghee

The combination is ideal for detoxifying the body. Iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B, and vitamin C are all found in jaggery. At the same time, ghee is high in fatty acids and vitamins A, E, and D. It is also high in calcium and vitamin K, which help maintain bone health.

Dinner will be khichdi.

It is a superfood that contains ten amino acids, making it a complete protein-rich diet. In addition, the vegetables provide enough fiber and antioxidants, and the addition of a dollop of ghee makes it high in healthy fats.

Water, sherbet, and chaas will keep you hydrated.

Last but not least, one must stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and consuming homemade sherbets and chaas. They help balance water content, but they also help smooth the digestion process during the summer months.
